BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation, who are currently enrolled in a university or college program, and who have completed a digital contest lead form. Employees, officers and directors of WorldStrides, 701 E Water Street, Suite 200, Charlottesville, VA 22902 (the “Sponsor”), its affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies, web masters and web suppliers and persons engaged in the development of promotion materials, and members of the immediate family (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) or household members (whether or not related) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. Groups, clubs, organizations, commercial entities, and businesses cannot participate. All U.S. Federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void outside the eligibility area and where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Sweepstakes begins at 9:00am Central Time (“ET”) on March 14, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (ET) on March 28, 2025.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
During the Entry Period, participants must complete the form. ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES. One winner will be announced so long as the amount of entries exceeds 100 participants. Illegible, incomplete and duplicate entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False, fraudulent, or deceptive entries or acts or multiple entry attempts shall render entrants ineligible.

4. CONTEST – PRIZES AND ODDS
Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries submitted prior to the event date. Winner will be notified by email within one month of the live event. Winner will have 10 days to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release in order to claim his or her Prize. Failure to respond to the Winner notification as detailed above or failure to return all required forms within the stated time period, or to comply with any other provision herein, may result in the Prize being disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. No substitution for the Prize by the Winner will be allowed. If necessary, due to unavailability of the Prize for any reason, a prize of comparable value will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Prize Winner will receive one (1) Voucher.
The approximate retail value of the Voucher will be noted in the emailed voucher, based on available information provided to Sponsor. The exact retail value may vary depending on the winner’s residence. The value of any prize awarded to the Winner will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. All Federal, state and local tax liabilities, if any, are the responsibility of the Winner.

All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the responsibility of the Winner. All prize elements are subject to availability. The Winner must travel on a WorldStrides program and use the Prize before the date specified in their voucher email. No extensions will be allowed. The Prize will be added to the Winner's WorldStrides program account once eligibility is confirmed. The Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual Prize value is less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. No changes will be made to Prize details once any portion of Prize arrangements has been made. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions of any element of Prize or for changes in schedule of any element of the Prize.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. An unclaimed and/or unused Prize package will remain the property of Sponsor. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The odds of winning the Prize depend on and will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received, in addition to the quality of the essay submission.

5. CONDITIONS FOR ALL PRIZES
No reward or prize can be substituted, assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each winner gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his/her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and complying with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information entrants provide to Sponsor may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to these Sweepstakes or on a Sweepstakes winner’s list. Entry in the Sweepstakes will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Participants agree (a) that Sponsor and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be indemnified and held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any reward or prize, participation in this Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes-related activities and (b) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in law or in fact, relative to any item or prize, including but not limited to, its quality, except for the written standard limited warranty which may be provided with the item or prize from the item’s or prize’s manufacturer; and (c) winners of prizes grant, (and agree to confirm such grant in writing promptly upon request) to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor’s authority the right to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements and biographical information for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including the World Wide Web without review, notification or approval, and additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winners will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days after receipt of notification. If documents are not returned on a timely basis, or if any notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner of any prize is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize may be deemed forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner.

7. VERIFICATION
Sponsor reserves the right to request that any participant forward to Sponsor proof of eligibility and/or photo identification in a form determined by Sponsor. Failure to comply with this request within the time stated in the request may cause disqualification.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, lost, late, incomplete, stolen, illegible entry forms or computer errors or malfunctions, including without limitation any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer equipment or network relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, inability to submit an online form or incorrectly or incomplete entries due to computer malfunction. The right is reserved by Sponsor at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found, at their sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor shall not be liable to Winner or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, tsunami, war, fire, flood, explosion, volcanic eruption, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the Hotel, or transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to Winner and guests including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same.

9. WINNER LIST
For a copy of these official rules or the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, with a 3x5 card identifying the information requested, to: “ISA/TEAN Contest - Flight Voucher” Winners List, ISA by WorldStrides, 5301 Southwest Parkway, Suite 200, Austin TX 78735. The winners’ names will be available after the winners have been verified and the prizes have been awarded.

10. GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws.
